About this job:
Are you a bold, tech-savvy analytics leader ready to make real client impact?
We’re looking for a Head of Advanced Analytics to lead and accelerate our Homescan Advanced Solutions across west Europe markets. You’ll manage a high-performing group of analysts, local and above market commercial sellers, turning complex data into compelling stories that drive business decisions.
Your responsibilities:
* Revenue Acceleration: Doubling revenue growth by refining analytics offerings and aligning them with client needs.
* Offer Development: Design and implement scalable, insight-led solutions that enhance the NieslenIQ Homescan Advanced Analytics value proposition.
* Sales Enablement: Equip central and in-market sales teams with impactful analytics tools, narratives, and training to boost conversion and retention.
* Thought Leadership: Produce and publish high-impact thought leadership pieces that position the brand as a market leader in consumer insights.
* Client Engagement & Pitching: Lead strategic client engagements and high-stakes pitches, showcasing the value of advanced analytics in driving business outcomes.
* Cross-Market Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration between global and local teams to ensure consistent delivery and innovation.
* Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and commercial sellers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Your profile:
* 10+ years min advanced analytics with cross-market exposure
* Strong consumer tracking analytical and technical background
* Experience with Delivery platforms
* Commercial acumen with proven client-facing impact
* Experience managing hybrid teams and influencing senior stakeholders
* A confident storyteller who leads with clarity and direction
