We are seeking a strategic, technology driven Head of Finance (Projects) to lead and deliver a portfolio of high impact finance initiatives that will enable scalable, sustainable growth across the business. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility across the organisation, offering the opportunity to influence how finance adds value to the wider business. Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for driving improvements in financial systems, processes, and data integrity, ensuring finance operates efficiently, transparently, and with strong governance. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future finance operating model, embedding automation, enhancing reporting and insight, and strengthening finance’s role in strategic decision making. Whilst this is a full-time position, consideration can be given for part-time arrangements of 30 hours or more per week.
