We are looking for passionate Children's Support Workers who are available to work on a flexible basis.
As a Children's Support Worker, you will work as part of a team to deliver a high standard of care at all times and support the young person's emotional wellbeing. You recognize that the role is to help support service users maximize their choices, rights, and decisions.
The successful candidate must have:
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care / Children & Young People is great but not essential
* At least 6 months experience working in a similar setting
* Empathetic, non-judgemental, and calm demeanor
* Dedicated and committed with a can-do attitude
