Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Manchester for a Conveyancing Paralegal. The role involves preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and supporting the conveyancing process. The Conveyancing Paralegal will assist with tasks to ensure compliance, liaise with clients and other key stakeholders, and provide administrative support concerning property transactions.
Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of Law and conveyancing procedures
Skills in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
Strong Communication and client liaison abilities
Experience in conducting Research to support property transactions
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in legal software and general computer literacy
Previous experience within a law firm or conveyancing department is an advantage
