* Helping the cook with cooking duties and any other duties reasonably required
* Assisting in the preparation of take away meals and the meals on wheels service
* Prepare light meals and drinks, and alongside volunteers arrange for the serving thereof to customers of Canolfan Glanhwfa
* Washing dishes, utensils, and pans
* Cleaning and sanitizing appliances, workspaces and surfaces
* Disposing of waste and rubbish
* Deputising for / covering the cook’s absence on the understanding that any such duties are commensurate with your experience and skills.
