The role:
* Lead a broad range of transactions including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic advisory
* Take ownership of client relationships and play a key role in winning new business
* Mentor and lead deal teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Gain exposure to the investment side—assessing opportunities, shaping investment cases, and potentially sitting on portfolio company boards
About you:
* ACA qualified (likely) with strong academic credentials
* Proven experience in Corporate Finance, Deals, or Investing
* Strong network and a track record of originating and delivering work
* Commercial, driven, and entrepreneurial in mindset
