About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Work 1:1 with pupils who have additional learning needs (SEND)
* Support small groups in and out of the classroom to reinforce learning
* Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery, behaviour management, and classroom routines
* Promote an inclusive, positive learning environment tailored to individual needs
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or SEND setting
* A calm, nurturing approach and strong interpersonal skills
* A willingness to adapt and support pupils of varying abilities
* A DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
* A genuine interest in education and supporting children’s development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
