Personal assistant needed to support a 25‑year‑old client in Neath, focusing on confidence building, public transport navigation, cooking assistance, problem‑solving skills, and routine building.
Responsibilities

* Help develop and maintain routines.

Hours & Working Conditions
4 hours per week. Interview on Monday or Tuesday, 12–4 pm. DBS check required; cost covered by NPTCBC when applicable.
Two satisfactory references required. 1‑month trial followed by up to 6‑month probationary period.
Compensation & Benefits
Wages paid 4 weekly or monthly after valid National Insurance (NI) number provided. Eligible to work in the UK and subject to document checks.
Annual leave and statutory entitlements will be detailed in the contract of employment. Personal Assistants Handbook provided upon commencement.
Training & Compliance
Required mandatory training will be identified as relevant. Training costs covered directly. Failure to attend mandatory training could result in the withdrawal of the employment offer.
