As a registered nurse you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of high quality, effective, and compassionate nursing interventions. This includes assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating of holistic and individualised care. This will be in line with local, Trust wide and national policies, procedures, values and behaviours.
