Whether supporting someone at home or out in the community, you’ll be helping them live life on their terms.

About the Role

Our Support Workers provide a person-centred approach in providing quality support, which makes our service very flexible and adaptable to everyone’s needs. The role of a Support Worker is integral to the quality of support provision and can be rewarding and inspiring. You will be required to liaise with medical professionals when required.

You may be asked to work between other services that we provide care and support to across West Lothian.

An enhanced Adult PVG will be required for this role.
