Due to continued growth, we are supporting the appointment of an experienced Corporate Solicitor, who is at least 6 PQE, to join the firm’s Corporate practice, with a clear and credible route to partnership.
You will advise business owners, investors and boards across a wide range of corporate matters, managing transactions from inception through to completion. This is a senior, client-facing role offering a high level of autonomy, exposure to quality work and the genuine opportunity to help shape the future of the team.
