Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting doctors' rounds and managing medication orders.
* Using electronic care planning software to maintain accurate records.
* Managing medication systems, with familiarity in the Atlas medication system being an advantage.
* Conducting staff supervisions and appraisals.
* Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
* Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Educating residents and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care.

* Competitive Pay: £21.00 per hour.
* Schedule: 33 hours per week with opportunities for additional shifts.
* Team Support: Work alongside a second nurse on a separate floor, supported by well-trained care assistants and senior staff. You will report to the Manager, Deputy Manager, and Clinical Lead.

About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
* Experience in patient care, medical documentation, and staff management.
* Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
