Our Support Workers are dedicated and passionate about going the extra mile for the people we support. We will provide you with training, support and personal protective equipment, and help you develop your career with us.
Responsibilities
* Support people with a range of needs to live as independently as possible in their own homes and communities.
* Provide personal support and assist with day-to-day activities such as walking programmes, social activities, and community engagement (e.g., walking football, walking rugby, bowling, discos, live music, visiting the local pub).
* Assist with medication administration, cooking and home maintenance, social support, and achieving personal goals.
* Manage finances for the people we support as required.
* Work flexible shifts across seven days a week, including some sleepover shifts; part-time and full-time contracts available (21, 28 or 35 hours).
* Support teams with maintaining a safe and respectful home environment and building strong relationships with individuals we support.

* Positive, motivated, and committed to helping vulnerable adults achieve their goals.
* Willingness to participate in training and ongoing development.
