Your Role
As a leader at Charwells, you will guide and develop a team of Managers to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Your role will involve managing client and contractual relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.
You will review business performance and drive key financial targets, demonstrating commercial value aligned with our vision and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote a safety culture, ensuring your team adheres to Health & Safety procedures for a safe environment.
* Develop and maintain strategic client relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Lead your team to achieve financial targets and deliver profits for the sub-sector.
* Review unit and contract performance, identifying improvements to exceed client expectations.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align services with customer needs, ensuring consistency and innovation.
* Support the development of sub-sector strategy and implement activities to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
* Collect and track feedback to drive continuous improvement and increase footfall and sales.
* Align with central functions to enhance service offers and drive initiatives.
* Implement client satisfaction surveys and support centrally driven service initiatives.
* Ensure menus are fit for purpose with up-to-date costings and specifications.
* Support strategic sourcing and supplier compliance, ensuring adherence to purchasing policies.
* Focus on quality food offerings and service, promptly rectifying any deviations from standards.
* Build a strong team, recruiting the right people and developing their skills for progression.
* Foster collaboration and share best practices within your team and across the business.
* Review labor structures and ensure development plans are in place for all team members.
* Manage your team in line with company procedures, including performance management and HR practices.
Who You Are
* Proven experience in leading and developing successful teams across multiple sites.
* Commercially astute, organized, and experienced in budget development and financial target achievement.
* Knowledge and experience within the industry.
* Flexible in approach and mindset.
