Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience (5 years) in HR project management or similar roles. Strong knowledge of HR functions: talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations. Experience with data-driven HR initiatives.
