E are currently for a Chief Information Officer to join a company in Birmingham, B9. Main duties for the Chief Information Officer role: Manage day-to-day IT operations across the business Ensure systems, networks, and devices run securely and efficiently Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues and improvement Maintain and support networks, servers, and cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365) Oversee hardware, software, and license management Deliver hands-on 1st3rd line support to users Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes Lead small-scale IT projects (upgrades, migrations, new systems) Liaise with third-party suppliers and software vendors Experience with cloud migrations or VoIP systems Updating design softwares with latest versions, margins and catalogues PDQ card machine management Annual PCI DSS Compliance Active Directory and Group Policy administration Install & configure a wide range of hardware (including printers, phones, laptops, biometric clocking systems) Global administration with Office 365 Enterprise E3 Occasional working out of hours for system configuration and update Print management, setup, install and diagnose ERP Oversee day-to-day ERP operations and system performance Lead configuration, enhancement, and rollout of ERP modules (e.g., finance, inventory, production, HR, sales) Work with departments to analyse processes and define system requirements Manage change requests, updates, integrations, and release cycles Maintain data integrity, security, and user access controls Coordinate with external vendors, implementation partners, and support providers Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows Deliver user training, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor and report on ERP usage, performance metrics, and adoption Support integration with third-party applications (e.g., CRM, BI) Updating pricing files where required Support sale staff with issues and corrections within the system Update system to latest versions The Chief Information Officer role is an office based role.
