Job description Working as part of a small team, the duties involved are to provide Services to G Heyn & Sons customers to a high standard and to liaise with other departments in order to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the Company. Key Accountabilities: Liaise with customers to identify specific requirements and seek ways to extend services and develop business with new accounts. Communicate with both internal and external parties to meet customer demands. Maintain a high level of paperwork and update computer systems with relevant information in a timely manner. Raise invoices to customers and authorise invoices from suppliers within agreed authorisation limits. Resolve queries or disputes in an efficient and timely manner. Ensure credit limits for all customers are observed and assist with collection of payments if required.
