The Role:
As UK FP&A Manager, reporting to the Finance Director, you will:
* Own UK budget and forecasts.
* Deliver impactful financial analysis and reporting.
* Drive understanding of business performance.
* Analyse profitability.
* Support commercial decisions on pricing and margins.
The Person:
A proactive and experienced FP&A Manager with:
* Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to influence stakeholders
* Commercial acumen
* Financial modeling and forecasting proficiency
* Experience in a fast-paced environment
