Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Coach to join our team in helping members achieve their health and fitness goals. If you are passionate about fitness and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you.
Desired availability: Weekday Mornings 6am-12pm
Duties
- Conduct group training sessions with members to demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form
- Educate members on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle choices
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
- Utilise anatomy knowledge to tailor workouts for individual needs
Experience
- Previous experience as a Fitness Coach is desirable but not essential
- Certified Level 2 qualification required
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with members
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 8 per week
