The Role:

You will be responsible for managing elite-level customer relationships and executing omnichannel brand strategies, ensuring that our high-ticket personal and professional development products are delivered to those ready to invest in their growth. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Growth: Lead business development initiatives by identifying high-value customers within the DTC landscape to secure sales of our development products.

  • Precision Systems & Analytics: Use our in-house systems to track sales outcomes and leverage SEO-driven data and performance analytics to ensure results that justify our premium price point.
  • Full-Cycle Pipeline Ownership: Own the entire sales process, from top-of-funnel lead generation and personal branding initiatives to the final close, ensuring alignment with our standards of operational excellence.
