An opportunity has arisen for an Identity & Access Manager to jointhe Frontier Technology Team on a permanent, full-time basis reporting directly into the Head of IT Operations and Security. Based at our head office in Witham St Hughs, the role will operate on a hybrid working pattern of 3 days on site and 2 days from home, with occasional travel to other working locations.
The successful candidate will be concerned with the shaping, directing and day to day running of Frontiers IAM processes including internal / external audit support and MI (Management Information) reporting to the IT Senior Leadership Team.

About You
* Experience in Identity & Access Management policy and frameworks
* Knowledge of IAM technologies (e.g. Active Directory, Entra AD, SSO, MFA, Secret Server…)
* Knowledge of IAM processes (e.g. SLIM, RBAC, SoD, Compromised Access…)
* Problem solving and reasoning skills
* Communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
* Leading others and prioritising workloads
* Facilitating access related audit requirements
* Experience of Microsoft products (e.g. Office, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook…)
* Effective team player, taking ownership, sharing responsibility and being supportive of others
Your Role
As an Identity & Access Manager, your role will involve shaping, implementing and directing the day-to-day IAM processes. (leading where necessary, doing when required):
* Establishing controls for authentication, authorisation and user management, including:
o Provisioning of unique identities digitally tied to individuals (SSO, SAP, ERP etc)
o Maintaining policy compliance for privileged access and service accounts
o Maintaining user compliance across systems and services with RBAC and SoD requirements
o Routine management of SLIM requirements (Starters, Leavers, Internal Movers)
* Maintaining compliance with access policy and audit requirements
* Maintaining secure repositories and 3rdparty access for external information sharing
* Blocking / unblocking access to compromised accounts
* Administering/supporting IAM technologies as necessary (Secret Server / CIAM…)
* Administering/supporting IAM 3rdparty capabilities as necessary (Okta / Auth 0…)
* Administering/supporting IAM remote access technologies as necessary (VPN / MFA…)
* Handling and dealing with IAM escalations
* Supervising and supporting internal and external IAM audit requirements
* Line management of IAM/Operations team administration staff (as required)
* Cross practice support and collaboration with peers, seniors and business stakeholders
* Publishing routine management information reports on IAM insight, status and trends
