We’re partnering with a highly innovative organisation in the insurance technology space to appoint an experienced Head of Delivery / Delivery Lead to drive strategic delivery across a portfolio of cutting-edge algorithmic platforms and products.

You will work across multiple business and technology functions including Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Platforms, and Data, ensuring successful delivery of high-value programmes and products.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong leadership, delivery excellence, and change management expertise with a solid technical understanding. While not hands-on coding, you’ll need the credibility to engage technical teams and senior stakeholders alike.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Lead delivery across a suite of algorithmic platforms and strategic technology initiatives
* Build and embed a scalable delivery framework and best-practice governance model
* Mentor, coach, and develop delivery teams to improve capability and execution
* Drive collaboration across Engineering, Data, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Platform teams
* Improve processes, operating models, and ways of working across the organisation
* Champion Agile delivery methodologies and continuous improvement
* Manage change effectively across business and technology stakeholders
* Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior Delivery Lead / Head of Delivery / Programme Delivery role
* Strong background delivering complex technology platforms and transformation programmes
* Experience establishing delivery frameworks, governance, and operating models
* Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
* Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
* Technical background with the ability to engage engineering and architecture teams
* Expertise in Agile delivery, change management, and modern delivery practices
* Insurance or Insurtech experience is highly desirable – this is a priority search criteria
