Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with a respected and growing HR consultancy based in South Gloucestershire, to source an experienced and proactive HR Advisor on a permanent basis. This opportunity is open to both full-time and part-time applicants (minimum 3 days per week), with full flexibility to suit your working preferences.

Permanent / Full or Part Time (min. 3 days per week and flexible working)
South Gloucestershire (with very occassional travel)
£35,000 to £40,000 DOE + Benefits and Development

Working as a trusted Advisor to a varied portfolio of clients across the UK, you’ll provide tailored, commercially-minded HR support across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to complex employee relations and change.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Deliver high-quality HR advice, guidance and solutions across all generalist areas including recruitment, employee relations, performance, contracts, benefits and policies.
2. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure timely, pragmatic solutions are delivered.
3. Manage multiple client projects and casework, ensuring matters are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
4. Liaise with legal partners to oversee and support more complex cases when required.
5. Draft clear, accurate documentation including contracts, policy updates, letters and guidance materials.
6. Keep up to date with employment legislation and provide advice in line with the latest best practice and legal requirements.
What we’re looking for:
7. Proven experience in a generalist HR role at Advisor level or above.
8. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent relevant experience).
9. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
10. A confident communicator, capable of advising clients and stakeholders at all levels.
11. Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple client needs simultaneously.
12. A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
