Why join Team Tax?
A career in ‘Team Tax’ involves becoming a qualified accountant and/or tax adviser, understanding and applying UK and international tax laws. It’s about applying the law to real-life scenarios and working with clients to add value—saving money, mitigating tax risks, and ensuring compliance.
In Team Tax, you’ll combine work and study, gaining tax knowledge while building a career you love. You’ll study towards the ACA, ATT, and/or CTA qualifications (depending on your chosen area).
Tax is technically demanding; we look for graduates who are challenge-ready, comfortable with numbers, analytical, and interested in tax legislation. You’ll be mentored in a culture that encourages growth and excellence.
You will work directly with clients, understanding their wealth, growth plans, or business exit strategies.
See below for details on applying and the different areas of Team Tax with vacancies in this location.

Your application will be reviewed by our Early Years Careers team. The process includes online assessments, an assessment centre, and interviews. We seek adaptable, motivated applicants aiming to elevate their careers.
Top performers may be offered roles in other locations or departments if their first choice is unavailable, which will be discussed with you.
We accept only one application per cycle; multiple applications are not permitted.
