The Role:
* Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to pupils with a range of SEND
* Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
* Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and parents
* Create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
* Experience working with SEND pupils (e.g. ASD, SEMH, complex needs)
* A patient, flexible, and compassionate approach to teaching
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
