As a Data Privacy Analyst, you'll be part of our Data Privacy team based in Redhill, UK. Your work will support our efforts to comply with data protection laws like UK GDPR, DPA, and DUA, as well as emerging AI regulations such as the EU AI Act. You’ll help ensure that our operations respect privacy rights, manage risks, and foster a culture of compliance across the organization.
What You'll Be Doing
* Support the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Data Privacy & Governance teams in maintaining compliance with data laws and internal policies
* Assist in reviewing and updating privacy and AI processes to stay aligned with legal and regulatory requirements
* Help promote awareness through training sessions and clear communications on data privacy and AI rules
* Contribute to privacy risk assessments and help develop strategies to mitigate identified risks
* Monitor data management practices, including data deletion and control processes
* Collaborate with internal teams such as Audit, Risk Management, HR, IT, and Legal to address privacy and AI compliance issues
* Help maintain accurate Records of Processing Activities (ROPA)
* Support responses to Data Subject Access Requests and privacy-related complaints
* Assist in managing and responding to data privacy breaches
* Work with digital teams to ensure digital assets meet privacy standards
* Contribute to ongoing privacy and AI compliance initiatives and other related activities
What You'll Bring
* Have 1-3 years of practical experience in data privacy or a related field
* Show an interest in artificial intelligence and its impact on data and privacy
* Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
* Build positive working relationships across teams, entities, and countries
* Respect tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities efficiently
* Eager to learn and stay current on privacy and AI topics
* Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Uphold high standards of integrity and professional ethics
* Be proficient with MS Office and digital tools
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

* Competitive Salary £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience
* 22 days rising to a maximum of 27 days (based on a 5 day week)
