Produce daily, weekly, and quarterly reports, including automated data workflows. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Create compelling data visualisations using Power BI and Excel for cross‑functional stakeholders. Support sales, marketing, business managers, and executives with customised insights and dashboards. Provide training and onboarding support to new users on reporting tools and systems. Work on ad hoc projects, including customer trackers, promotional performance reviews, and category analysis. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Relevant National Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 2–4 years’ experience in a data analyst or reporting role. Demonstrated experience with dashboard creation, data cleaning, and automated reporting. Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources. Skills: Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualisation. Experience with data extraction, transformation, and daily operational reporting. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non‑technical teams. Strong organizational skills and ability to work to daily and weekly deadlines.
