To promote and support a culture of learning and improvement through assurance and evaluation of patient care by facilitating Clinical Audit and Effectiveness activities in the Trust, including:
* Assisting with the development, delivery, reporting, and promotion of a robust Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Programme.
* Facilitating national and local clinical audit & effectiveness projects related to Trust priorities, corporate requirements, and specialty priorities, through to action planning and implementation.
* Promoting a culture committed to continuous improvement and high-quality patient services.
This role involves managing a clinical audit caseload, which may include local, Trust-wide, or national audits.
Working Pattern: 24 hours per week, with the working pattern to be agreed. A mix of working from home and on-site.

Pay: The salary reflects the Agenda for Change 2025/6 rates, including a 3.6% pay award to be implemented later this year. If you join before this date, the pay increase will be backdated to your start date. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2024/5 pay bandings.
