What Youll Be Doing
As a Train Presentation Team Leader, youll play a key role in ensuring our trains look their best and are ready to welcome thousands of passengers each day. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading, supporting, and motivating a team of Train Presentation colleagues to achieve outstanding cleaning standards
* Setting the example by delivering hands-on cleaning duties to GTRs high presentation standards
* Acting as the Site Person in Charge, ensuring safety and smooth operations when required
* Identifying and reporting faults or vandalism using the correct procedures
* Monitoring team performance, conducting audits, and implementing improvements where needed
* Making sure all tasks meet company quality and safety standards
