As a member of the departmental team, you will perform duties in support of and supervised by a trained nurse in charge. Your role involves assisting trained nursing staff by performing a wide range of duties for which formal nurse training is not required.
Working Hours
Primary shift coverage is Monday to Friday, with weekends possibly added in the future.
Responsibilities
* Assist trained nursing staff with routine and specialised care tasks.
* Perform a wide range of duties across various specialities as directed by the supervising nurse.
* Support patient care following established protocols and the Right Care behaviours of compassion, commitment to quality of care, and teamwork.
Qualifications
* Previous outpatient experience within a hospital setting is advantageous.
* Dynamic team player with leadership qualities and a willingness to take on challenges across multiple specialities.
* Capability to work independently while adhering to supervision from nursing staff.
Employment Conditions
This role is not eligible for a certificate of sponsorship under Home Office guidance, as it is not on the skilled worker visa occupation list.
