Responsibilities:• Plan, deliver, and assess lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEND.• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic and personal growth.• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement effective strategies to support students' learning and development.• Monitor and track students' progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as necessary.• Foster positive relationships with students, providing encouragement and guidance to help them overcome challenges and achieve success. Requirements:• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.• Experience working with children with SEND, preferably in a classroom setting.• Strong understanding of SEND principles, strategies, and best practices.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of children with SEND.
