Job Title: Maintenance Lead Location: Tutbury Salary: Up to £55,000 Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday No Nights, No Weekends) If youre an experienced engineer whos tired of red tape, constant firefighting, and being micromanaged, this could be the role youve been looking for. Were recruiting for a Maintenance Lead to take full ownership of the engineering function at a well established site in Derby. This is a standalone role where youll have the freedom and trust to run things properly, without layers of management getting in the way. Youll be the go to person for engineering on site. The person who keeps things running, plans maintenance the right way, and calls in specialist contractors when needed. Youll have the autonomy to improve systems, manage the PPM schedule, and put your own stamp on how engineering is run. Most importantly, this is a role that offers genuine work life balance.
