KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.\n\nJob Title: Employer Relationship Manager – Education sector\n\nLocation: Home based - Must be flexible with travel to partner sites as needed\n\nSalary: £29,000\n \nPackage: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage, Pension + Much More!\n\nType: Full Time, Permanent\n\nDuties Include:\n\nMaintain and nurture relationships with new and existing employers and stakeholders, to encourage an increase in learner starts and business growth.\nEnsure opportunities are maximised by promoting our client as the training provider of choice.\nEnsure that targets are achieved to maximise income / profit generated from learner starts.\nAttend meetings with key stakeholders to discuss their training and / or recruitment needs and develop delivery models that will meet these needs.\nUtilise CRM systems to create and coordinate a pipeline of opportunities that will lead to employer / candidate participation\nWork closely with the SMT to ensure income contributions are in line with contractual requirements.Essential Experience:\n\nProven experience of employer and stakeholder engagement / management.\nKnowledge of funded education qualifications / government training contracts.\nAbility to create long lasting effective partnerships with Employers, generating a continuous pipeline of learner referrals.\nThe successful candidate will be organised, process and target driven with the ability to engage with prospective employers at all levels.Please note:\nKM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
