About the Job:
Oversee daily service operations with precision and flair
Supervise and support FOH staff to deliver impeccable guest experiences
Assist with rota planning, training, and onboarding new team members
Manage reservations and floor planning efficiently
Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally
Uphold company standards and ensure full compliance with health & safety protocols
About you:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a high-end or fine dining environment
Confident, well-groomed, and highly personable with a passion for hospitality
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
A team player with strong communication and leadership abilities
Knowledge of wine and modern British/European cuisine is a plus
