Overview
Job Purpose: Protect customer property, people, and assets by following site instructions and procedures. Meet or exceed service expectations to help maintain the contract. Continue developing skills through regular training.
Responsibilities
* Operations
o Follow company policies and UK laws.
o Carry out tasks as outlined in the site's Assignment Instructions.
o Keep up to date with changes to these instructions and suggest improvements.
o Maintain correct and valid licences (Security Guarding/Door Supervision and CCTV).
o Stick to safety standards and follow instructions.
o Work in an organised and methodical way.
* Training & Development
o Complete all required training.
o Take extra courses to grow professionally.
o Use technology to support your job.
o Renew licences 16 weeks before they expire.
* Security & Health & Safety
o Spot and report any hazards.
o Stay aware of risks or threats at work and act to prevent issues.
o Use good judgement and call for help if needed.
o Stay calm and professional in tough situations.
o Write clear notes after any incident for reporting.
o Stick to your schedule and remain committed.
o Make check-in calls at assigned times.
o Report incidents to emergency services and the communication centre.
Qualifications

o SIA Security Licence
o SC Clearance
o Driver’s licence or transport
o Additional course certs
