Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) + performance bonus

Are you a passionate and experienced care professional ready to lead a high-quality residential service? We are seeking an ambitious Registered Manager to take the reins of our well-established 50+ bedded residential care home, dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centred care for older people.
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high standards of person-centred care.
* Ensure full regulatory compliance with CQC and other governing bodies.
* Manage budgets, occupancy, and staffing effectively.
* Drive quality improvements and promote a positive culture within the home.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar-sized service.
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
* Strong understanding of CQC standards and current legislation.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A genuine passion for elderly care and commitment to quality.
