Role Summary
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support internal and client-facing projects through structured analysis, documentation, and process review. This is a remote, part-time role, suitable for candidates based in Stoke-on-Trent or anywhere in the UK, who are looking to develop their career in business analysis within a supportive and guided environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements under guidance from senior team members.
* Support the analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
* Help prepare clear documentation, reports, and summaries for internal use.
* Contribute to process mapping and workflow documentation.
* Participate in project meetings and provide structured notes and follow-ups.
* Support testing and validation activities to ensure requirements are accurately met.
Required Qualifications
* Some experience or education in Business Analysis, Business, IT, Data, or a related field.
* Strong attention to detail and logical thinking skills.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred
* Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project environments.
* Exposure to tools such as Excel, JIRA, Confluence, or process mapping tools.
* Interest in automation, digital transformation, or data-driven decision-making.
