If the answer to the questions above is 'yes' then you may want to consider becoming a Veterinary Clinical Teaching Fellow at our School of Veterinary Medicine.

About the role:

We are recruiting several part time positions to join the School of Veterinary Medicine and support our academic team deliver clinical skills and animal handling teaching. This would be a minimum of half a day per week, and a maximum of one full day per week. Successful candidates can also be involved in student selection events, student assessments, and preparing and supporting students on their placements.

Specific roles include –

* Companion animal handling and clinical skills teaching
* Equine handling and clinical skills teaching
* Farm animal handling and clinical skills teaching

About you:

Applicants must be a registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) or Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (MRCVS) (or eligible to register with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).

This is a great opportunity to gain further insight and experience into teaching at our School, and will provide a fabulous platform to develop your portfolio career. No previous teaching experience is required, just a passion for veterinary medicine, veterinary education, and support of our students.

This is a 12 week contract that can be renewed every semester to support student teaching.
