What You’ll Be Responsible For Winning new business by identifying, approaching, and converting new opportunities. Building lasting partnerships by understanding client needs and delivering bespoke welding solutions. Delivering impactful demonstrations and presentations that showcase technical excellence. Managing the full sales cycle — from first conversation through to quotation, negotiation, and closing. Staying ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity. Working cross-functionally to ensure seamless project delivery and outstanding customer experience. What Success Looks Like Consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
