⭐ About the Role
As Assistant Centre Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the centre. Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will:
Support daily operational management across the site
Lead, motivate, and develop team members
Maintain exceptional customer service standards
Support with budgeting, reporting, and performance targets
Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures
Assist with event coordination, marketing activities, and community engagement
Act as the go‑to person in the Centre Manager's absence
