We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and outgoing individual with good F&B experience to join us as our Breakfast and Lounge supervisor. We are looking for someone who is standards driven and comfortable mentoring a young team. The focus of the role is delivering exceptional service standards together with leading and developing our young casual team members skills and knowledge, enabling them to confidently deliver the same service levels. This will be both weekdays and weekends, so flexibility is required to support the business effectively.
Only candidates with previous experience of working within a busy hotel environment will be considered for this role

YOUR ROLE:
* To deliver consistent, outstanding service to our guests and support and train other members of the F&B team in doing the same
* Ensuring systems and process' are carried out correctly
* Maximising opportunities with appropriate upselling
* Maintaining appropriate stock levels
* Demonstrating thorough knowledge of all menus
* Ensuring environment and equipment are maintained to the highest standard
* Be flexible and adaptable, eager to learn and willing to support other departments as necessary
* Holding a valid Food safety level 2 certificate would be an advantage, although the opportunity to gain this will be offered
* Good working knowledge of wine and bar service is desirable as is being barista trained
