Join to apply for the Total Platform Customer Service Advisor role at Next.

Shifts you are applying for: 4 days on, 4 days off, 8am-6pm, 33.25 hours per week.


Role and Location

* Armthorpe, Doncaster (DN3 3FQ)
* £12.39 per hour (plus £1 per hour weekend premium)*
* Start date: 1st Sept and 6th Oct (3 weeks paid training Monday-Friday)
* Shifts: PT 4 days on 4 days off, 33.25 hours p/w (with flex up hours)

The Team and What You’ll Do

Join Total Platform, NEXT’s fastest-growing department, delivering WOW-worthy service for multiple brands. You’ll juggle calls, emails, WhatsApp and web chats, helping customers with order updates and gift advice. No pushy sales or scripts—just real conversations. Handle around 11,500 customer queries a week and be measured by helpfulness, not sales.


Your Daily Mission

* Calmly handle a high volume of interactions
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Communicate clearly, kindly, and honestly
* Navigate multiple systems efficiently
* Collaborate with NEXT teams to find fast solutions


Who We’re Looking For

You’re chatty, switched-on, and good with people. Prior call centre experience isn’t required, but being a great listener helps. Team size is 13-15 per shift.

* Confident communicator (calls, emails, live chat)
* Calm under pressure and quick to learn
* Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn
* Obsessed with good service


Full Training Included

3 weeks of full-time training to become a Total Platform pro. Bring energy, curiosity and a passion for helping people.

Additional Information

* During peak trading periods (up to 20 weeks per year), you may work one additional 4-hour shift per week. This is paid in advance and scheduled to maintain a smooth workflow.
* Spaces for each shift are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
* All successful applicants will be subject to criminal and credit checks. Right to work in the UK is required before commencement. Sponsorship under Skilled Worker route is unlikely.
