Apply Save A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and forward-thinking Pharmacist to join a well-established independent pharmacy in Benfleet.
The Opportunity
Full-time (45 days) Take on a Pharmacist position, leading the day-to-day running and future development of the pharmacy
The pharmacy currently dispenses ~7,000 items per month and is entering an exciting phase of refurbishment and redevelopment, with a strong focus on expanding clinical and advanced services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy (for operational roles)
2. Provide leadership and support to the pharmacy team
3. Develop and implement advanced pharmacy services
4. Push and provide NHS and Private Services
5. Play a key role in growing prescription volume and regaining business lost to online providers
Opening Hours:
6. Monday to Friday: 08:30 18:30
7. Saturday: 08:30 17:00
Package & Benefits:
8. Salary up to £54,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience and role structure)
9. Company pension
10. Holiday entitlement + bank holidays (pro rata)
11. Strong flexibility in role design and responsibilities
Requirements;
12. GPhC registered Pharmacist
13. Open to all experience levels
14. Passion for community pharmacy and service development
15. Strong leadership and communication skills (for managerial roles)
