What the Job Involves The Compliance Manager (Fire Lead) is responsible for orchestrating and managing a comprehensive Fire compliance program, ensuring compliance with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. You will act as a principal point of contact for all matters related to Fire compliance within WCC Corporate and Maintained School premises. Your role involves the development and delivery of Fire risk assessments, monitoring compliance performance, managing Fire-related construction activities, and providing training and support to staff. Skills Expert knowledge of RRFO 2005 and statutory compliance Contract management and negotiation skills Proven leadership and team motivation abilities Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently Strong interpersonal and communication skills Analytical problem-solving capabilities Experience in partnership and matrix management environments Ability to handle change positively and work autonomously Qualifications: Level 6 qualification, Diploma in Fire Safety
