Our client are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrician to carry out mobile maintenance works in the Southeast
Their client base include but are not limited to Commercial office blocks & industrial units, Retail & Student Accommodation.
We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of electrical systems and over 5 years' experience in similar Electrical / HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.
JOB RESPONSBILITIES
Diagnose faults, repair, replace, and upgrade lighting, wiring, and electrical components, ensuring compliance with BS 7671.
Conduct electrical testing, rewires, and emergency lighting maintenance.
Perform routine and reactive maintenance on electrical and HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, boilers, and pumps.
Maintain fire alarms, security systems, and automated controls.
Ensure all work meets health and safety standards, keeping accurate maintenance records.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Approved Electrical Apprenticeship - Minimum requirement.
18th Edition Accreditation - Essential.
2391 Testing & Inspection - Beneficial.
SALARY & BENEFITS
£43,000- £47,000 (DOE)
