Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a leading Real Estate company with strong values. They are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join on a 12-month fixed term contract, playing a key role in employee relations, engagement and organisational development. What is the role:
Building strong, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders across a multi-site business.
Managing complex employee relations matters (grievances, disciplinaries, TUPE, settlements) in line with UK employment law.
Leading or supporting organisational change and development initiatives.
Delivering employee engagement surveys and translate insights into clear action plans.
Ensuring up-to-date, compliant HR policies and processes are applied consistently.
Drafting clear and accurate documentation (letters, scripts, ELI packs).
Supporting D&I and social mobility initiatives.
Working on people development strategies to build capability and retention.
Skills and Experience:
To be considered for this role you must have experience as an HR Business Partner within a Professional Services Firm or a Commercial Organisation.
Strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management skills and strong decision making skills
Extensive employee relations experience in a multi-site environment.
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
Comfortable influencing at senior levels with excellent attention to detail.
Collaborative and proactive approach
Strong experience of managing organisational design or change processes.
