We are a values-led social housing provider with a strong social purpose, our Asset team employs around 25 people within a wider directorate of over 300 employees so there is plenty of scope for learning in our business.
Ensuring data accuracy and consistency you will work with other Property Services colleagues in teams such as Repairs, Compliance and Investment Programmes, where you will elicit and collate data for reporting against our customer satisfaction targets. You will report to the Senior Performance Analyst and will assist in the production of reports & dashboards ensuring that data is accurate and consistent to deliver meaningful intelligence and actionable insights; this could include optimising scheduling resource allocation more efficiently or more widely support our strategic decisions to deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What we're looking for:
Good knowledge of data tables and relationships
Excellent Power Bi skills and skilled at transforming data & developing reports in Excel & Power Bi
Experience of working with and undertaking analysis of operational delivery database
Excellent time management & organisational skills
Able to collaborate with staff at all levels throughout the organisation
Ability to organise own workload, including setting priorities and meeting deadlines and service standards
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and in an appropriate format
Able to interpret data and spot issues requiring further investigation
