At Hestia, we are guided by our core values and are dedicated to fostering an equitable, diverse, and inclusive organisation. Right now, we are looking for a Community Engagement Practitioner to play a pivotal role in our Mental Health Service in Enfield.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary NHS team, our practitioners help people build confidence, connect with their community, and move forward in their recovery journey. By offering one-to-one support, group activities, and access to local resources, the service focuses on what matters most to each individual—whether that's building social connections, finding purpose, or learning new coping skills.
They should be experienced in collaborative work with professionals, services, and communities, and be knowledgeable in care planning, risk assessment, recovery tools, and the Mental Health Act. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and group facilitation skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Our commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
We are committed to creating and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workforce and value the skills, abilities, talent and experiences, different people and communities bring to our organisation.
