Requirements:
As the Retail Store Manager, you will have
* At least 3 year's experience in a fast-paced Retail food environment
* Proven ability to lead a high performing management team
* Substantial understanding and up to date knowledge of commercial, visual, operational and people processes and systems
* Ability to use all available data and MI to identify commercial, visual, cost savings and customer opportunities to increase profit
* Proven ability to plan and review weekly, monthly and quarterly timeframes
* Ability to constantly deliver under pressure demonstrating high levels of resilience
* Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to inspire others as well as have difficult conversations
