My client is a legal medical referral business based in the Sale area.
Due to continued growth my client is looking for a case handler to manage incoming business.
Reporting to the team leader duties will include:
* To accurately input all referral details onto the database.
* Source a suitable provider to carry out the required procedure(s).
* To research unfamiliar procedures to establish a suitable provider.
* Obtain accurate fees from the provider for the required procedure(s).
* Obtain contact details and fees for any new providers and liaise with the Supplier Services Manager to update the database.
* Prioritise workload to ensure SLAs are met.
* Make regular contact with the provider to obtain appointments and results within the SLA’s and update the clients accordingly.
* Produce necessary paperwork relating to the referral and send to the client / provider / patient.
* To deal with any issues and/or complaints in accordance with non-conformance / complaints process.
* Ensure the chosen provider is resulting in the optimal profit being made for the business.
* Make enquiries with relevant parties to resolve any purchase invoice queries.
* Ensure data protection regulations are followed and report any data breaches in accordance with the Data Breach Process.
* To undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
The right candidate will come from a legal administration background and will have at least 6 months experience and be looking for a role that will offer progression and development.
This role is office based in Sale
